The Effect of Altitude on Sp02
I recently took two vacations, both of which were spent at altitude. Nothing crazy, but it was a whole week spent at 7500-8500 ft above sea level.
While casually browsing the health metrics provided by my FitBit I noticed that I could actually see the effects of staying in both locations on the Sp02 measurements. There is a noticable deviation away from "normal" which correlates perfectly with my vacation dates.
Cool!
